Cancellation Policy

Reservations are required but not guaranteed until we receive payment. Unpaid reservations are subject to cancelation 24 hours after initial booking.  

Please let us know if your plans change, cancellations for a full refund or no-fee reschedule require a minimum of 72 hours notice.

                                                                               Refunds are not offered for no-show people in your party.

                                         Please note that Saxapahaw Campground does not offer concessions for inclement weather.
