Cancellation Policy

Reservations are required and guaranteed upon receiving your payment. Please let us know if your plans change, to receive a refund or to reschedule or make changes require a minimum of 72 hours notice prior to the 1:00PM arrival time on the day of your booking.                                                                                Refunds are not offered for no-show people in your party.

                                         Please note that Saxapahaw Campground does not offer concessions for inclement weather

                                                                                     unless we are forced to close the campground.
